Duda con dos empresas

Menudo contubernio... A ver, yo me imagino que son gente seria y alguna explicación habrá. Voy a ver si consigo más info a través de la plataforma.

En las imágenes de Google Maps, Kauguru Iela 10, LV-1046, Riga parece ser la dirección correcta de la empresa de los pallets, parece haber mucha madera almacenada alrededor de un pabellón, pero no deja de ser extraño que las " Baltreit" y SRR también tengan la misma dirección.

Aguardamos para ver qué explicación dan al Admin, pero será de redoblar la atención con los proyectos de la Envestio

There is an industrial park (former industrial zone) in that region, so a few companies share the same office building nearby.
If you check the pictures e. g. from google maps, you’ll see a pretty large industrial territory there.
Besides that, only 2 of the below mentioned companies share the same address – SRR and Baltreit.
Pallet Timber is located at Riga, Stirnu iela 4-5.

En la página web de la empresa Pallet Timber Company la dirección sigue siendo Kauguru Iela 10, LV-1046, Riga, pero en el registro empresarial, la dirección es Riga, Stirnu iela 4 - 5 como fue dicho por Envestio a Vicent2018.

Lo que dice Pobrecito ..

diversificar sobre diversificar ...

Pese a que el cuerpo me dice lo contrario , seguire con Envestio .. tambien hay mucho comentario positivo y el amigo Jorgen de Finacially free se fue a verlos y lo vio todo correcto..

pero tengo sentimientos encontrados......

Se trata de una zona industrial según se ve en Google Maps y hay (i) almacén de pallets (la empresa tiene la sede social en otro dirección) y (ii) edificio de oficinas contiguo que utilizan las otras empresas.

The office of the company is located at Stirnu iela 4-5, whereas production itself is located in the industrial zone at Kauguru Iela 10.

There is nothing illegal in the fact that a few companies share the same registered address (in Latvia at least), especially in such a large area.
The whole industrial area belongs to one owner and it allows those companies who run business there to use it as a registered address. It’s also not prohibited for a company to have several addresses (e.g. An address of the main office, an address where main production takes place, warehouses and so on).


Las empresas no están conectadas entre sí.
Me parece oportuno aclarar que las empresas no tienen ningún accionista en común como erróneamente había apuntado más arriba. El dueño del 100% de SRR (empresa de los contenedores ) y el dueño del 100% de Baltreit (empresa de Crytomining Farm), ambas empresas que han pedido financiación en Envestio), ambos son accionistas en una tercera empresa denominad Baltreit Metals.

Así me lo ha confirmado Envestio y me ha explicado porqué varias empresas de la zona hayan acudido a pedir financiación a su plataforma:

These three companies are not legally connected. Totally different cash flows, no common owners, assets, etc. But they come from our business network. We specifically targeted companies from the industrial zone in Riga. Also news are spread rather quickly here, so there is a possibility that we were recommended by our partners. We also try check our new potential loan originators though our business network.
As the projects are not legally or business connected, there are enough guarantees and pledged assets for each of them.

Asimismo, me ha explicado su procedimiento de análisis de riesgos:
We check the loan originators who come to us for financing

• via various public sources (including paid taxes, officially declared income, etc.).
• via our business networks
• we carefully check legal structures
• we evaluate their solvency based on current/expected cashflows
• we evaluate assets of the company and of the beneficial owner, which may be provided as additional guarantees to us
• we obtain guarantees from the owner that the same assets are not pledged for other loans
• Additional steps can performed on a case by case basis

We have mixed company assets under pledge and personal guarantees from the beneficial owners (for the amount of the loan). The assets are pledged separately from banks and other lenders.

En última instancia, me ha explicado la complejidad del acceso a la financiación bancaria para determinadas empresas:
We are not necessarily the only lenders to companies with factoring projects on the platform.
E.g. A company may already have a mortgage, or a business loan from the bank (for equipment, etc.). Usually we provide loans for other purposes, e.g. additional business cycles for the projects.

Banks in the Baltic states are more targeted on private individuals or medium to large businesses or mortgage based lending. It’s fairy difficult to obtain a business loan for a small-medium company (it’s not so profitable for banks to verify a company’s and the beneficial owner’s assets, check business plans, estimate cashflows, etc. for a small loan). The administrative burden for such companies is also rather high + time to approve it with the banks+ a bank may refuse in the end and the time will be lost. Moreover, some companies need additional financing besides already taken loans for other needs
