Hola que tal, existen unos ciclos económicos y cada diez años más o menos hay una crisis financiera, algunos analistas hablan de que para el año que viene 2019 o 2020 se avecina la próxima.No quiero ser alarmista ,pero la próxima vendrá tarde o temprano y yo quisiera saber que mensaje tranquilizador tiene "Envestio" para los inversores ante un posible escenario de recesión,que cambios puede sufrir el mercado del Crowdinvesting.Grácias

Thank you for your question. Envestio is mostly focused on short term financing, therefore it's easier for our experts to evaluate the risks of projects we place, as well as to estimate future market value of pledged assets. There is more certainty for shorter time periods than for long term investments. Nevertheless, our team evaluates every project from various perspectives taking into account various scenarios.
We also cooperate with companies, who work on pre-order basis, to be less dependent on instant changes in demand and prices.

For this particular project owner, given our successful cooperation for quite some time and a few fully repaid projects (with no delays), we negotiated a more favorable terms for borrowing the funds + extended the credit line.

We have a few negotiations with new project owners now, and we’re negotiating the interest rates respectively. In general, we are going to attract new project owners and become more competitive, so we plan publishing projects with lower interest rates. For some loan originators, who’ve cooperated with us for a long time and proved their credibility there will be more favorable terms and lower interest rates (somewhat around 14-18%). The same can be for new projects (e.g. relatively less risky and highly collateralized). For new borrowers and industries traditionally considered as riskier, companies that needs extra financing rather quickly there will be higher interest rates up to 22%.

It is not interested Envestio in adding 2FA for the interest of all to the platform,since hacks are becoming more frequent?? It's just a suggestion.Regards

Thank you for the suggestion. We've been thinking about this a few times actually. Withdrawals are monitored by our team, and we don't allow third party transfers, so there is not so much harm a hacker can do. And we extended length of the passwords, as per requests of our investors.
Currently we decided to focus on a few other important updates that we have on our priority list. But we plan to get to the 2FA later at some point.
