Envestio ha sido adquirida + nuevo C00

Enestio ha sido adquirida por Arkadi Ganzin, inversor alemán con 15 años de experiencia en banca y con negocios en petróleo y gas.

La compañía ha designado a Eduard Ritsmann como nuevo COO en sustitución de Evgeniy Kukin que seguirá como asesor.

"Envestio is happy to announce that starting with December 2, 2019 Mr. Eduard Ritsmann, an experienced sales person, who has more than 20 years long outstanding track record in international sales and project leadership, is joining Envestio team as the new COO and Development Director. This appointment follows the acquisition of the platform by a strategic investor from Germany, Mr. Arkadi Ganzin. Mr. Ganzin had extensive experience in German banking industry where he was working for more than 15 years prior to starting his own oil and gas products trading venture and private investor career. The acquisition will bring Envestio onto a brand-new level by adding up to the platform the solid experience and wide business network of new team members. The company will be also strengthened by several new back-office and accounting specialists in order to support anticipated growth in operations.

In his turn, the current COO Evgeniy Kukin, who spent almost 2 years in the leading role in the company, will continue working for Envestio as the General Advisor also after the acquisition. Under the leadership of his team, all members of which are staying with the company, Envestio has become a stable and secure partner for almost 13 thousand European investors by achieving total investment in excess of EUR 30.8 million in less than two years. A modern and user-friendly platform interface and solid back-end with great potential for further development has been created from scratch. Thanks to undisputable reputation within the crowd-investing community, transparency, and quick reaction to the latest European financial market trends the company has also established good cooperation with European commercial banks, which is one of the cornerstones for secure financial management and further growth.

Todos estos movimientos nos enteramos cuando ya se han hecho. Eso es legal y todo lo demás, pero no pensáis que estaría bien haber sabía que había conversaciones para la venta de la empresa?

Los nuevos integrantes parece que tienen experiencia y saben de que van.Esperemos que sigan como hasta la fecha...o mejor!.Respecto al avisar sobre la posible venta yo entiendo que hasta que no se llega a un acuerdo y se consuma no se puede hacer oficial el comunicado.Saludos

los chascarrillos no se suelen hacer oficiales, si el ceo actual sigue en la empresa es buena noticia para que siga asesorando ya que hasta ahora lo hacía bastante bien.
