We love to sum up the results of our work every month! And here are some highlights of SEPTEMBER 2018.

- We are proud that total monthly amount invested increased by 11%. This month we have finished with 2 404 662.72 eur of investments per one month;
- Our platform welcomed 507 new investors. Despite slowdown in registrations, the registrations from Spain more than doubled! And well-done Austria for taking bronze in September by number of investments;

- In regard to our loans the novelties are following:
For the first time ever, we have launched projects with 13% IR. And the first lucky one was Norwegian development project “Eidsvoll”. Don’t waste the opportunity to invest in Norway.

- The KYC verification process for our experienced investors is continuing smoothly. Great number of investors are already verified.
- And last but not least, we are super excised to present you our new landing page. We are growing and improving, and this is the result of our work for the past months. The website is first step towards upgrade. We refined our website by making it clearer and added good looks. We are working on further demands from our clients and influencers, soon we will add statistics, secondary market, information about loan originators, investor’s cabinet, new product “Grupeer Stability Fund” and will improve functionality of Auto-Invest. Please, welcome our wrap up of OCTOBER 2018:

This month we have finished with 1’847’827.62 eur of monthly investments.
- Our platform welcomed 627 new investors. October is record month in terms of registrations! Our investor family increased by 17%.
- Average return rate this month was 13.56%, the default rate continues to be zero and there are no late payments of interest.
- With regards to our loans the novelties are following:
- We have launched a new type of loan for investment- amortizing loans by our trusted loan originator SIA Monify.

How does it work?

Currently, the principal is returned back to the investor when the maturity date comes, and interest is calculated based on the total loan amount. The key difference of new amortizing loans is that principal repayment will take place over the loan period and interest is calculated from residual loan amount (total loan amount less principal repayments according to schedule).

Why is it good for investors?

Grupeer’s investors will be able to diversify held investment portfolio and reduce credit risk. Credit risk is associated with the failure to return the principal at maturity. All Grupeer loans are protected by BuyBack guarantee- when loan originator is obliged to pay the principal and interest rate in case borrower defaults. However, there is still unlikely scenario that loan originator fails. In that case, Grupeer will facilitate the investment return by hiring a lawyer, who will represent the interest of all investors. However, this will take time and will cause inconvenience. So, with amortization loans, this risk is reduced.

The second benefit is a sooner availability of investment principal, which can be used for reinvestment. Setting up Auto-Invest function will automatically invest all money monthly received and will even further increase the return, as your money (which were sitting in the body of the loan) will be earning in the new project.

-For the first time ever, we were totally sold out. At the moment there is no loans available on our platform, even the loans that was launched today were sold out very quick. It just emphasizes that demand of our products is high, and we will do our best to provide supply of new loans soon.

- Our platform welcomed 430 new investors.
- Average return rate this month was 13.20%; the default rate continues to be zero and there are no late payments of interest.

- With regards to our loans the novelties are following:
- This month the demand of our projects still remains high therefore all of our loans are sold out in just few minutes. We are actively working on attracting new loan originators. Previous week we have participated in National Microfinance Conference in St.Petersburg and we have great news for our investors- very soon we will introduce new partners and loans on our platform.
- Thanks to our trusted loan originator SIA Primo Invest you had a possibility to invest in Czech Republic projects with IR 13%;
- Also, this month we introduced an improved Auto-invest service.

Yo llevo con liquidez ya casi una semana y no he podido pillar nada, no me sale ningun proyecto, a ver si entra algo o si no habra que replantearse mover el dinero, con twino me pasa igual el autoinvest sin pillar cacho

We do understand your frustration about deficit of loans. At the moment, the offer of the loan deals is not enough for all of our customers. We are actively working on placing new amazing investment opportunities on our platform. It is expected that some loans will be added in following days.

Cómo te entiendo.

Yo ya estoy retirando dinero de Grupper por falta de préstamos que cumplan mis requisitos. Les di un plazo de tiempo pero veo que no tienen oferta que reúna los requisitos por los cuales entré.

En fin, es un tema de oferta y demanda y cómo no quiero tener el dinero parado he de buscar otras oportunidades y plataformas.

Al menos es de apreciar que den explicaciones .. despues de un tiempo me doy cuenta que es un tema de darles algo de tiempo , con otras plataformas ocurrio lo mismo durante semanas , que no tenian prestamos. Esta claro que si no hay movimiento los inversores lo buscaran por otro lado.

Yo de momento esperare un poco , seguro que en breve ofrecen cositas

Yo tambien voy a esperar unos días más a ver si se me invierte el dinero que tengo parado. Al final es una plataforma a la que he cogido cariño y creo que me puede dar muchas alegrías en un futuro
