June greeted us not only with the amazing weather but also with great growth!
Let’s cheer some updates of JUNE 2018 so you are up to date:

-We have started our major KYC process that requires additional Data from our investors. Just to remember- it’s all about you, investor, and your safety; First informational wave reached our legal investors and KYC updates for private investors will follow.
-One more beautiful historical maximum- our first 1’000’000 eur of investments per one month, to be more precise we have finished June with 1’099’047 eur;
-Our platform welcomed 213 new investors; Hip Hip Hurray to all newcomers!
-June was very fruitful with 15% IR projects and hopefully that each of you used this amazing opportunity!

What's next?
- As mentioned before, we are redesigning our landing page and this month we have already received first amazing ideas of the concept. And I can assure you that they are very brave. If you have additional suggestions, needs or wishes of the information that we should have on our website (statistics, info about loan originators and blog are already considered) please let us know and we will try to satisfy your needs!

Let's look into Grupeer key highlights of JULY 2018:

- Our major KYC process is working to the fullness. We have already started to verify our newcomers and identification process for our experienced investors will proceed within 1-2 months. But until that you can use the services of our platform without any limitations. The procedure itself won't be long and you can get acquainted with it now (https://www.grupeer.com/settings).

- This month we have finished with 1’327’238 eur of investments per one month;
- Our platform welcomed 532 new investors; Besides, we have welcomed investors from two new countries such as Hong Kong and Brasil! And even this is not all because July 2018 will be memorable for us, as it was the first month, when Germany took the 1st place away from Spain in “number of registrations”! Well done Deutschland, España – keep up!
- In regard to our loans the novelties are following:
- Thanks to our beloved loan originator Monify now we have loans from Poland with IR 14%;
- Norway are surprising us with 2 amazing Development projects called “Svelvik” and “Hamar” with IR 14%. You better keep an eye on them, because yesterday, one loan got a Cashback surprise. And many more Cashbacks will follow. Stay tuned!

Intento modificar mis datos que no están correctos como fecha de nacimiento y subir fotos de mi documento de identidad pero no me deja el sistema hacer ninguna modificación. Que significa exactamente ese proceso que vais a llevar a cabo? Podré seguir añadiendo fondos para invertir más sin problema?

Este e-mail fue enviado solo para informarle de que vamos a verificar su identidad, pero hasta ese momento puede usted operar con (depositar/invertir/retirar) su dinero sin ninguna limitación. Por el momento no es posible para nuestros inversores experimentados actualizar/cambiar/añadir información personal. Solo será posible en 1-2 meses y se le notificará a usted sobre el comienzo de este proceso una vez más.

A mí me ha pasado lo mismo

Ok entiendo entonces que me avisarán para que pueda completar correctamente mis datos personales y se me exigirá enviar fotos de mi documento de identidad. Eso es todo ,no?

Vamos a ver, me parece un poco misterioso todo el tema de verificación de la identidad.
Supongo que será suficiente con una foto de nuestro D.N.I. . Cualquier otro requisito me pareceria exagerado y fuera de lugar.
De cualquier manera, podian decir desde ya que documentos van a pedir . Aqui no venimos a jugar a las adivinanzas.

A mí no me ha llegado nada, pero ya envié el DNI escaneado cuando me registré así que será eso lo que os pidan.

Creo que habrá que añadir alguna factura del domicilio, para verificar la residencia actual...

The summer has come to an end. We hope that you rested very well and enjoyed it to the fullness! So are we and already can’t wait show you our highlights of AUGUST 2018:

- This month we have finished with 2’164’964.99 eur of investments per one month;
- Our platform welcomed 566 new investors;
- In regard to our loans the novelties are following:
-We secured additional funding tranche of Promenada project. The funding will go towards the finishing touches of this beautiful building and will earn you 15%!
- As of today, we are starting KYC verification process for our experienced investors. We would like to remind you, that submitting the Tax Certificate is not the rule- it is an optional activity. The procedure itself won't be long and you can get acquainted with it here (https://www.grupeer.com/settings).
- This month was full of visits in our office here in Riga. One of the visitors was Tomas from Welltrado.com community who filmed a video talk with the founder of Grupeer Alla Kisika and Chief Operation Officer Vladislav Filimonov. - Our landing page is almost ready and very soon (this month) it will be available for using.
