muchos descuadres en mintos

Me propongo a desinvertir, no de forma masiva, porque Mintos es muy grande y da seguridad, pero para no estar tan expuesto a estos vaivenes. Seguramente será debido a lo que pasó con Monego y Iute Credit en Kosovo. Hay que tener en cuenta que tienen un montón de originadores y esto mismo puede volver a pasar en cualquier momento, un saludo.

Menos mal que yo hace meses que la tengo a cero, nunca he entendido porque la gente clasifica como la número uno, pero bueno para gustos los colores claro.

Yo no he notado nada, la TRA está igual que antes, al 12,12%

Es posible. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos para que me lo expliquen, y les he dicho que a este tipo de interés desinvertiré parte de mi inversión en Mintos y lo transferiré a otro lugar, que ellos decidan.

Tenías razón, parece que hay un fallo en la plataforma con los tipos de interés anual. Ahora me ha subido a 7,44%, pero todavía lejos de lo que tenía antes. Esto es lo que me contestan desde Mintos:

He recibido este correo de Mintos, parece que el problema viene por las operaciones en el mercado secundario y que hoy deberia estar arreglado:

We want to inform you about the technical error on Mintos that has temporarily affected how the data was shown in your Account Statement and in the Overview section.

Due to this error, in some cases the system has failed to register respective records in the Account Statement. Please, be aware that this technical error has not affected the underlying accounting data for your Account Statement, only the data preview in it.


If you made a manual investment on the Secondary Market in the period from December 2 to December 13, 2019, you might have been among the affected investors for whom these data inconsistencies resulted in the missing entries in the Account Statement.


Due to this error, some functions that are calculated based on the data from Account Statements have shown incorrect values - e.g. NAR in the Overview section.

Fixes have been developed and introduced to the marketplace. The missing entries will be manually added to Mintos investors’ Account Statements by the end of the day on December 17, 2019.

Exacto. Yo hice unas operaciones en el secundario el 6-12-2019, o sea que estoy entre los afectados. Pero a día de hoy estoy lejos de recuperar los porcentajes que tenía, ahora tengo el 8,26% (tenía más del 10). En la cabecera aparece este mensaje:

"Currently we are experiencing technical issue with Account Statement and Overview status reflection - it might show incorrect values. We are working on fixing it as soon as possible."

Supongo que mientras eso aparezca quiere decir que todavía no lo han solucionado. Esperaremos a ver si lo arreglan, porque a este tipo de interés tengo pensado desinvertir una parte considerable de capital y trasladarlo a algún sitio donde sea más rentable.
