I guess I misunderstood the two companies, but they are similar. That is why I had doubts. This was their response:

Please look closely at names of the companies you provided.
The dissolved one is ir K.R.M SERVICES LTD (with dots and in plural),
The other one (which is the borrower) is KRM SERVICE LTD
Owners, address and everything is different and not related. No relation at between these companies.
It is usual to have similar names though, just imagine how many companies are there on the Companies House register.

Analizando un poco el link que pusiste antes sobre KRM SERVICE LTD tampoco me sigue quedando claro si entrar o no.
Creada en junio de 2019, sin mucha más información que una dirección de una especie de workcenter en Londres y el director que ha sido socio de una pequeña empresa de electricidad durante dos años. Si hubiera más información sobre la actividad y los recursos de los que dispone la compañía quizás entraría.
