Acabo ese proyecto y no ha sido reembolsado, les he enviado un mail preguntando por estos proyectos:

Fertilizer Export Financing (II) 30 MAYO 2020 -
Renovation of historical apartment building on Miera Street 26 JULIO 2020

Y tengo proyectos a punto de acabar tambien, pdtes de ver lo que pasa, mis siguientes proyectos recien para acabar son estos:

Forest exploitation 30 JULIO 2020 -
Renewable energy 2.174 12 AGOSTO 2020 -
Renewable energy 2.227 16 AGOSTO 2020 -
FOODEX 2020 exhibition in Tokyo 21 AGOSTO 2020 -

El del fertilizante no lo esperéis, están haciendo en el Banco Santander el procedimiento AML/KYC y puede tardar dos días, dos semanas o dos meses, hasta que no terminen no hay nada que hacer, ahora mismo no depende de Crowdestor.

Menos mal que su resolución era inmediata....

Fertilizer Export Financing- this week the Borrower is visiting the Spanish Bank. After the meetings with the bank’s representatives, the Borrower will give us the information about the current situation of AML/KYC processes. We will update you accordingly once we receive this information, most likely during the next week.


Renovation of historical apartment building on Miera Street- the renovation of the object is in the process. More than 70% of the budget is spent and construction works are moving to the finalization phase. Negotiations with the credit institution to refinance loan is in a process. Loan will be repaid once it is refinanced by the senior lender expected in the August/September.
