In order to ensure compliance with AML regulations and highest standards of operations, we have developed and regularly execute internal VIAINVEST AML procedure. This procedure also involves clarifying sources of the income of investors whose amount of invested funds with VIAINVEST exceeds EUR 15 000.

Concerning terms of the User Agreement (Paragraph 3.1.4.), VIAINVEST would like to request you to provide documentary evidence of Your basic source of the income, as your investment amount in VIAINVEST has exceeded the amount set by the AML procedure.

As you have registered on VIAINVEST as a private individual, your sources of income may be proved by one or multiple documents that are mentioned below:
• the extract from the enterprise registry confirming ownership of shares and the company financial statement including profit and loss statement, as well as balance,
• the reference of payslips,
• the certificate of income from work,
• the document confirming receipt of an inheritance,
• the annual income declaration provided by the local tax authority,
• other proof of the income which amounts stated there corresponds with the amount invested with VIAINVEST.

We would be thankful if you could send requested documents until 30.11.2018.

Hola buenas.

La verdad es que no he recibido pero por lo que leo es para inversores con más de 15 mil € invertidos (x eso no lo he recibido) que no se si es tu caso. Suponiendo q sí, al igual q para España habrá un límite, entiendo q has excedido ese límite legal del país q sea y quieren q le mandes alguno de los documentos indicados para saber cual es el origen de tus fondos. Por lo q leo, uno de los documentos indicados es tu renta así q tampoco piden nada extraordinario. Creo que recordar q no se el motivo, a un compañero le pedían extracto de su cuenta, lo q es muy fuerte.
