Retiradas de Mintos

Recibidas hoy las 2 transferencias. Las reclamé y me han llegado hoy a mi banco.

Me han mandado hace un rato un mail con una encuesta para que valorara las retiradas.

Me había asustado un poco ya que todas las retiradas que he hecho en Mintos han sido muy rápidas y estas 2 se estaban retrasando un poco.

la que pedi el lunes llego ayer , la procesaron de madrugada hoy pedi otra ya esta procesada imagino llegara manana o el lunes.

*El retraso puede ser debido a que se hicieron algunos pagos de capital service y no correspondia y dieron 24h mas para revisar.

Earlier this week we encountered an error resulting in a mistakenly credited money to your Mintos account for investments you had made in Capital Service loans.

The amount mistakenly credited to your Mintos account is € 20.35.

We recognised the error briefly after it happened and worked on a solution to correct the error without asking you to return the funds manually. Hence, today the amount will be automatically transferred back from your Mintos account. If you have already invested the money, we will rebuy the loans you invested in at the same rate.

This error is an unfortunate coincidence as we're working to recover investors' money from Capital Service. We thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
