Viainvest ha alcanzado un acuerdo con Revolution, promotor inmobiliario con sede en Letonia y oficinas en varios países y más de 60 empleados para entrar en el segmento de préstamos empresariales.

El primer préstamo será para una residencia de estudiantes en Barcelona. Se trata de un préstamo a 2 años al 8% anual (hasta el 12% según variables por ventas). El proyecto no tiene garantía de recompra (los activos actúan como garantía). Más información

Lo que no me gusta y no entiendo el motivo, es que en el autoinvest no te deja establecer un máximo de dinero por inversión. Al ir a configurarlo me he encontrado con este aviso:

"Please note that set maximum investment in one loan amount does not apply for business loans"

No indican LTV...

Yo no voy a invertir en eso. Estoy retirando fondos de Viainvest, ya no es lo que era cuando empecé con esta plataforma.

Antes había 4.000 préstamos y ahora escasean, pero el ritmo de préstamos que financian es el mismo. Es un problema de incremento de la demanda.

Yo estoy my contento con esta plataforma pero no entrare en estos prestamos sin garantia

Dejo paso estos préstamos no me convencen nada.

No te quito la razon [MENTION=1]forofintech[/MENTION] pero como mucho te dan el 11%, y creo que si te metes en este mundo un 11% es poco. Sigo manteniendo capital en esta plataforma pero he vendido bastante. La mantengo un poco porque la veo segura y porque fue de las primeras en las que invertí (nostalgia).

Qué otras plataformas recomiendas que te den más de un 11%?

Yo empecé con Mintos hace poco y me cuesta conseguir algo por encima del 10% con garantía....

Yo, no invierto en barcelona ni de coña, estando todo patas arriba, dejan de pagar y vete a protestar a la republica de bananas catalanas.
En cambio en tres meses que llevo, segun amortizan se reinvierte a diario, lastima que del 11% no sube.
